My expertise sits at the intersection of strategy and implementation: designing practical ways for people and organisations to build new skills, tools and ways of working. I’m particularly interested in problems where there isn’t a neat off-the-shelf solution.

Since 2015, I’ve delivered 300+ projects, across 60+ countries - helping thousands of people do their jobs better.

I’ve worked with newsrooms, NGOs, universities and international development organisations around the world.

I’ve alsotaught at the Universities of Sydney and Melbourne and developed programmes for universities across Europe, the UK, Africa, Asia and the USA.

I’m an accredited trainer for the BBC, Reuters and the Solutions Journalism Network, and hold an MA from the University of Cambridge.
