My role is to turn these big, often unclear challenges into practical action: define a strategy, identify capability and workflow gaps, design and manage targeted training, and embed new ways of working.

Services I provide include consultancy, research, capability analysis, training design and delivery, and project management. I also coach creators and mid-career professionals to build the confidence they need to adapt and lead.
