I work across learning and communication strategy, AI adoption and enablement, media innovation and development, solutions and constructive journalism, communication to support social impact and research uptake, including digital content creation.

Services I provide include learning needs analysis to align workplace skills with organisational goals, learning programme design and facilitation, implementation support and mentoring to embed new ways of working, and evaluation for continuous improvement.

I’ve taught at the Universities of Sydney and Melbourne and developed programmes for universities across Europe, the UK, Africa, Asia and the USA. I’m an accredited trainer for the BBC, Reuters and the Solutions Journalism Network, and hold an MA from the University of Cambridge.
